Sophie Chamings – Intelligent Yoga Teacher Training 2026
Sophie Chamings : Graduated
Congratulations to Sophie Chamings, our most recent graduate of the Intelligent Yoga Teacher Training Course.
Sophie brings a wonderful combination of thoughtfulness, warmth and creativity to her teaching. As a copywriter, she understands the importance of language and communication, and it has been lovely to see her bring that sensitivity to the way she teaches yoga.
Alongside the training, Sophie has been teaching locally, gradually finding her feet and developing her own voice as a teacher. She has approached the whole process with curiosity and a real willingness to keep learning, question her assumptions and discover what works for the people in front of her.
It's been a pleasure to watch her grow in confidence over the course of the training. We're delighted to celebrate this achievement with Sophie and look forward to seeing where her teaching takes her next.
We're delighted to welcome Sophie Chamings to the IYTT family and wish her every success as she continues her teaching journey.
Well done, Sophie Chamings.
If you're inspired by Sophie Chamings' journey and dream of becoming a confident, authentic yoga teacher yourself, I’d love to hear from you. Send me a message, and let's chat about your yoga journey, your aspirations, and how we can support you in taking the next step.
IYTT Applications now open for our next course
Intelligent Yoga Teacher Training (IYTT) is unique amongst teacher training courses. We offer an incisive, thoughtful and intelligent approach to yoga teacher training, driven by the most current scientific developments in anatomy and movement research.
Delivered by an elite group of senior yoga teachers at the top of their field, IYTT offers a spacious, immersive modular structure which provides time and space for profound learning, integration and growth. Each of the teaching team draws on decades of practical experience of yoga, including particularly the work of Vanda Scaravelli and somatic, embodied practices.
Throughout the course, we’ll investigate how our bodies move, how we respond to stimuli and how we can cultivate an atmosphere of authentic enquiry and exploration. We’ll support and encourage you to gain a clear understanding of how you personally engage with yourself through movement and how you can use that knowledge to create new, healthier approaches to living and moving, for yourself and your students.
