Pernille Richards – Intelligent Yoga Teacher Training
Pernille Richards : Graduated
Congratulations to Pernille Richards, our most recent graduate of the Intelligent Yoga Teacher Training Course.
Balancing a busy working life while living in rural Kent, Pernille approached the training with quiet determination, curiosity and a genuine commitment to learning. Throughout the year she steadily developed both her confidence and her own authentic teaching voice.
Like many new teachers, Pernille Richards had doubts about whether she could teach. Rather than letting those fears hold her back, she showed real courage by diving straight in and setting up a regular class for her colleagues at work. It's been a pleasure to watch her discover that thoughtful, accessible teaching can make a real difference in people's everyday lives.
Pernille Richards brings warmth, kindness and careful attention to the people she teaches, creating a welcoming space where everyone feels supported.
We're delighted to welcome Pernille Richards to the IYTT family and wish her every success as she continues her teaching journey.
Well done, Pernille Richards.
If you're inspired by Pernille Richards' journey and dream of becoming a confident, authentic yoga teacher yourself, I’d love to hear from you. Send me a message, and let's chat about your yoga journey, your aspirations, and how we can support you in taking the next step.
IYTT Applications now open for our next course
Intelligent Yoga Teacher Training (IYTT) is unique amongst teacher training courses. We offer an incisive, thoughtful and intelligent approach to yoga teacher training, driven by the most current scientific developments in anatomy and movement research.
Delivered by an elite group of senior yoga teachers at the top of their field, IYTT offers a spacious, immersive modular structure which provides time and space for profound learning, integration and growth. Each of the teaching team draws on decades of practical experience of yoga, including particularly the work of Vanda Scaravelli and somatic, embodied practices.
Throughout the course, we’ll investigate how our bodies move, how we respond to stimuli and how we can cultivate an atmosphere of authentic enquiry and exploration. We’ll support and encourage you to gain a clear understanding of how you personally engage with yourself through movement and how you can use that knowledge to create new, healthier approaches to living and moving, for yourself and your students.
