Consent in Yoga

So happy to see that so many teachers are beginning to use consent tokens. It's such a simple way for students to communicate to the teacher that, for today, they'd rather not have a hands on assist.

There are so many positive reasons to use them, not least to open up the debate around touch and physical adjustments in yoga. They also send the message to your students that you are actively offering a space in which communication and choice are important elements in your approach to teaching and holding space.
