Join Catherine Annis for this triyoga workshop exploring the intelligence of yoga, where we examine movement patterns, looking at how our anatomy affects us, and learn how to practice with wisdom and subtlety. This is the first in a series of workshops designed to help us understand and improve our relationship with our bodies, so that we can move with more ease and fluidity both on and off the mat.
Working within a range of postures, we’ll explore how to release long held tensions and look at ways of adapting our practice so that we gradually move more naturally and easily, thereby resolving one of the main questions raised by yoga: How can I move with more lightness and balance?
This triyoga workshop will be helpful for anyone keen to learn more about their anatomy and how to expand their experience and understanding of yoga asana practice.
