About
I have practised yoga and meditation for over 30 years, and after thinking at several points in the past of undertaking a teacher training, I finally joined IYTT in 2019. The training was a transformative process for me, and has made me love yoga even more than before.
I work as a counsellor/psychotherapist and supervisor of the work of beginner and experienced therapists, and am also a tutor and training supervisor at the Re-Vision Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy with a Soulful Perspective. I am very interested in approaches that bring together bodywork and talking therapy, and hope over the coming years to deepen into offering therapy-aware yoga and yoga-aware therapy.
At present I am focusing on teaching yoga one-to-one, but I also run a small group class at the moment, and will be offering more group classes later in 2021.
