This is a great book that really brings together the author's expertise in the subjects of yoga and nutrition into a very accessible guide for anyone suffering from any kind of digestive health issues. The book is very easy to read, and full of beautifully illustrated yoga practices, tailored to different digestive problems. It's the kind of book you can dip in and out of depending on whether you want to read more of the yoga theory behind the practices or just find an easy sequence that works for you.
I would also recommend the book for yoga teachers who are working with students with digestive issues and want to understand how to better help them.
